Refund policy

If you aren't pawsitively satisfied with your purchase, contact my Mom at thedanielshop@yahoo.com for a Return Authorization (RA) code.  Unless the item was a "final sale", she can issue a product refund, not including shipping, for items returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, and in original packaging only.  In other words, if your bow tie or bow is caught in a tug-of-war at the dog park, it is not returnable.  Tell your friends to keep their paws off!  Please measure carefully and note product sizes before ordering.
